Acupuncture, Massage, Shadow Work and more in the heart of Sussex.

I work one-to-one with acupuncture, massage and Shadow Work coaching, fostering well-being and supporting my clients to feel empowered to take great care of themselves.

Women's Mysteries.

Growing our understanding of how the cycles of nature influence our lives is central to understanding the Women's Mysteries, and exploring how we can work in harmony with ourselves and flourish. I work with circles of women to teach and share about this wisdom (Remembering Ourselves, Our Female Ground)

Rites of Passage.

I feel strongly about the value of honouring our Rites of Passage to foster healthy lives and strong community. I run a year course for women and girls, "Welcoming our Daughters at the Threshold of Womanhood, Welcoming ourselves" . This examines these themes and provides a supportive place for women and their daughters. I also run stand alone workshops and I am happy to tailor support to meet the needs for your and your family.

Doula.

I have many years of experience working in support of birth as a Doula, honouring birth as the powerful rite of passage that it is. I offer practical, emotional and spiritual support through this transition for a family. Currently I am not attending births because of the age of my young son, however I am really interested in supporting women and families have positive, healing birth experiences and am happy to work ante natally with issues arising, or recommend great doulas to work with you.

Drum Birthing, Journeys and Workshops.

Making and playing drums feeds my soul and I am delighted to share this ceremony and art with you. I run Drum birthing days, teach about their use, offer Drum Journeys for healing and guidance and welcome you to regular free drum circles in Brighton.

With love, Jill Kettle

To be Human
is to become visible while carrying what is hidden as a gift to others.
What urgency calls you to your one love?
What shape awaits in the seed of you to grow and spread its branches against a future sky?
