Acupuncture, Massage, Shadow Work and more in the heart of Sussex.

I work one-to-one with acupuncture, massage and Shadow Work coaching, fostering well-being and supporting my clients to feel empowered to take great care of themselves.

Women's Mysteries.

Growing our understanding of how the cycles of nature influence our lives is central to understanding the Women's Mysteries, and exploring how we can work in harmony with ourselves and flourish. I work with circles of women to teach and share about this wisdom (Our Female Ground)

Rites of Passage.

I feel strongly about the value of honouring our Rites of Passage to foster healthy lives and strong community. In collaboration I run a monthly lodge to explore how we can circle around our girl women as they grow witnessing, honouring and supporting their emerging natural selves, resourcing ourselves as women at the same time. Welcoming Our Daughters Monthly Lodge.

I also run residential workshops for women and girls following these themes. Welcoming Our Daughters at the Threshold of Womanhood, Welcoming Ourselves.

Passionate about taking the time to honour the thresholds in our lives with awareness I am happy to explore with you areas in your life that may need tending. Together we can create meaningful ceremonies for you and your family to mark events that are important to you.

I have many years of experience working in support of birth as a Doula, honouring birth as the powerful rite of passage that it is. I offer practical, emotional and spiritual support through this transition for a family.

Drum Birthing, Journeys and Workshops.

Making and playing drums feeds my soul and I am delighted to share this ceremony and art with you. I run Drum birthing days, teach about their use, offer Drum Journeys for healing and guidance and welcome you to regular free drum circles in Brighton.

With love, Jill
To be Human
is to become visible while carrying what is hidden as a gift to others.
What urgency calls you to your one love?
What shape awaits in the seed of you to grow and spread its branches against a future sky?
